So you've decided to take the plunge. Your family and friends keep saying "you should really buy a home, the time has never been better"! Well, I'm here to say, your family and friends are right!
Buyers today have the cream of the crop, pick of the litter, best of the best homes to choose from, not to mention great mortgage rates. Buyers with the help of their agents, should educate themselves so they can make the best possible decision when choosing your home.

So your sitting at your computer searching through all the homes on the market, and your thinking boy, I'd like to sell my house, but will it ever sell?
