Hi Ken, I'm with Keller Williams up in Canada. I've been around for awhile but never really got anything going, if you know what I mean! A Facebook page left alone will act a lot like a website...
It can be found, but only if searched for.
To get the most from your page, you need to be active with the page, and with Facebook.
It will take time, but it is fun, productive and free...

It was about 3 AM last night...
I had woken up shortly before, and turned on my radio to AM 780 Chicago. A news station. Sometimes helps me sleep...
Anyway, there was a commercial running shortly before I fell asleep. I think it was for Crain's Chicago Business. It offered some sort of business "tip of the week"...
This week's "tip" was on cold calling. It said the key to successful cold calling is preperation. Really knowing your potential customers...
I almost choked on my pillow.
If you want to start cold calling, the worst thing you can do is waste time "getting prepared".

Kevin, my buddy, along with two of his friends had opened up the store only a few weeks prior.
