It was only 32 degrees today. Brrr. Pretty cold here for mid November in Naperville.
Just two months ago it was hot and humid and today I am wearing a winter coat and hat!
I was in Maplebrook, one of my favorite subdivisions in Naperville. The homes are priced in the low to mid 300's and are only two miles from downtown. Huge trees. Sidewalks. A real neat place.
My wife, Nickie and I lived there for 10 months with our daughter, Erin.
We loved walking the tree lined streets...
As I delivered my 70 copies of Ken's View, I ran into several old neighbors.

So I am sitting here. Watching the wrap up of the NCAA championship game. Looks like it was a good game.
I saw about 15 seconds of it.
I was at a neighbors. He had a little fire in the back yard. He and his wife and I had a few beers huddling around the fire pit.
They are putting their home on the market tomorrow AM. For $349,000, you can be a neighbor of Ken:).
No, I am not listing there home. Her sister is a very successful realtor with Century 21. That's cool.

What a beautiful day. This was a day to be outside. So, since I had no clients to be outside with...
I did our MAPLEBROOK MARKET BLITZ!
What the heck is that? Well, I walked my neighborhood hanging Market Updates (neighborhood stats, my FACE) on the doors. There is probably another 100-150 more homes that I will do this week.
It was a gorgeous day. I actually walked with a neighbor as she was delivering something door to door.
It was nice.
