As you probably already know .... not every real estate transaction is smooth sailing and sometimes the unexpected pops up! Here are a few things that might happen in a "worst case scenario" but I hope it doesn't!
Oh My ... There's MOLD!! YIKES! This is why inspections are so important as a buyer AND a seller with a "pre-listing" inspection. Buyers Remorse! Sometimes buyers get caught up in the moment especially if their were several interested parties and there was a bidding war but then the "3 a.m. ... sit straight up in bed thinking what the heck have I done" thoughts (1 comments)

Do not pack for the home you currently live in ... instead pack for the home you're going to! Look around your home and decide what you want in each particular room of your new home and pack accordingly. For example ... if you are combining a Family Room and Living Room and only having one Living Space in your new home, then decide what you're going to keep and pack it all together!
