There are days when our inboxes seem to never empty, the phone won't stop buzzing, deadlines are on the horizon and you don't even have time to use the bathroom.  You respond to a few emails and fix a few bugs and you feel like you haven't even made a dent.  These days can get a little stressful.

Let's warm up with a big 'ol cup of Success.  Whether you prefer cocoa, tea or a hot buttered rum it's all good.  We're 20 days into the new year and I hope nobody is slacking on their professional resolutions.  This is my reminder to get your butt into action if you're not doing so.  I want 2012's success to blow all the other years out of the water!

I'm Snowed In - 01/20/12 02:14 PM
I'd like to take a moment to reflect on what I've learned from being snowed in since Monday.  Yes, I can hear the laughter all the way from here Minnesota but Seattle just can't hang like you guys.  My pink polka dot rainboots don't compare to whatever you snow veterans wear and quite frankly aren't as stylish. 
Anywho here's what I've learned:
My dog doesn't do jack.  Henry just sleeps all day, goes out to do his business, sleeps some more, eats and repeat.
My cafe press is NOTHING compared to a grande skinny vanilla from my beloved Starbucks.  Miss you … (22 comments)

We are 6 days into the New Year.  A blank chapter of your life is currently being written by you.  One day you'll look back and say "Oh what a great year 2012 was, one of the best years in real estate".  It's up to you to make that a reality and with the educated minds of our Community leading the way not a hard one.

New Adventures in Bussing - 01/05/12 03:59 PM
With the new year came new tolling on a very familiar bridge to Seattle-ites.  The 520 bridge which connects the Eastside to Seattle began tolling in efforts to raise money to build a new bridge.  Well this really threw a wrench in my plans to save money in 2012.  So instead of paying $3.50 each way and parking downtown I decided to take the bus.
Many friends laughed at the idea of me on a bus but I held my head high and highlighted the many benefits of commuter travel.  I'll be saving money, get more work done on the bus, … (52 comments)
