palm realty activities happenings: Baby It's Cold Outside - 01/21/19 10:29 AM
Boy has it been cold outside in Florida! Personally, I like the change in temperature, it mixes things up in a good way for me! I love opening my bedroom window, throwing another blanket on the bed and having the Yorkies keep me warm at night! However, the Orlanda Utilities Commission (OUC) has some good points to staying warm in the coming days.
Tips from OUC to stay warm, protect your home, and save energy:
Set your thermostat to 68 degrees. OUC says for each degree above 68, the heating portion of your bill will increase four to six percent. Turn … (1 comments)

United Launch Alliance is slated to launch an Atlas V rocket from Cape Canaveral this afternoon. A next-generation weather satellite will be launched to orbit 22,300 miles above the Earth that will serve almost the entire Western Hemisphere.
The Lockheed Martin built satellite will launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Launch Complex 41. The launch is planned for 5:02 p.m.  Forecasters with the Air Force's 45th Weather Squadron expect 80 percent "go". My mother came down last week from Minneapolis so that I could meet her newly minted fiance, Gary, and we took a short overnight trip up to St Augustine, which is the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement within the borders of the continental United States dating back on 1565. Several people recommended that we take an evening horse drawn carriage ride around the old part of the city to take in the sights. It was the best suggestion that we got!
We met Jason with the C. B. Hinson, Inc. Southern Carriages & Distribution Company. His trusty Percheron was named Connor and … (5 comments)

Initially they had their rockets landing on platforms out in the ocean. There were a couple of set backs, but, they quickly pulled out of that and started landing on terra firma.
Click below to see what a rocket landing on Earth  looks like!

Pam Murphy of Melbourne and Valerie Simonson of Rockledge went diving off of Pam's dads boat. Both ladies are experienced divers.
Man I want to learn how to go catch lobsters!
