I have a client that I have been working with on and off for the past few weeks. She has a lot going on with work which I can definitely understand. We stay in touch via e-mail which I am thankful for. I was speaking with her last week and she was telling me how stressful and bad of a week she was having. So I sent her an e-card today in hopes of brightening her day, and it worked. That is awesome when you can something like that for someone else.

In the last few months, I've worked with quite a few lease clients. The reason I think it is going well for me is because I actually take the time with them. No matter what the need is (buying/selling/renting) we should definitely take each and every customer seriously. It is a part of our business many people do not go after. 

Fox 4 reported that now is a good time for 1st time home buyer to buy based on pricing and grant money available in different cities. The 2 minute insert highlighted the city of Mckinney and a lady that received a grant for $5k to buy her 1st home.  We need more positive media like this in the news.
