Which is better for a real estate agent?  Blackberry or a Palm Treo or Apple's iPhone?  I've had both the Treo and the Blackberry, and will share my thoughts in a future blog, but would really value your opinions on this debate.
What features do you like about Palm Treo?

I am so thankful and grateful that I have found success on my own terms in this industry... it is amazing, just how many ways you can create a positive career, a wonderful business, and a gratifying life, thru real estate.
Currently, I have a contract to close specialist... Susanne handles all my paperwork from the moment a buyer and seller come to an agreement.  She is expert at coordinating all the details of the transaction so that things go as smoothly as possible.

I am often asked about the real estate market... at coffee shops, church on Sunday, the gas station, the hardware store.  And often with that concerned tone, that I might be struggling with all this difficulty in the news. 
The fact is that the market has never been so good for buyers... they have choices, prices are lower than they've been, interest rates remain attractive, credit is still available to those with steady jobs and decent FICO scores.  The trick is that the news media loves the bad news.  In a buyer's market, if you have buyers to work with, it's never been … (0 comments)

Keller Williams Realty is opening now in Mentor, Ohio! The time to consider KW is now! - 11/07/07 10:56 PM
So exciting, all the growth opportunity in this shifting real estate market... and just when the local brand real estate companies are struggling to stay afloat.  Keller Williams is opening now in Mentor; we just were awarded our Mentor/Lake County franchise license last week!  The local companies are realizing that they cannot afford to stay in business with their old school neighborhood offices... our regional market center model is the envy of the industry... more cost effective for ownership groups, and more energizing that the local 30 person offices.  Our typical offices grow to over 200 agents.
