So exciting, all the growth opportunity in this shifting real estate market... and just when the local brand real estate companies are struggling to stay afloat.  Keller Williams is opening soon in Canton; we just were awarded our Mentor/Lake County franchise license last week!  The local companies are realizing that they cannot afford to stay in business with their old school neighborhood offices... our regional market center model is the envy of the industry... more cost effective for ownership groups, and more energizing that the local 30 person offices.  Our typical offices grow to over 200 agents.

2007 is going to be an incredible year!
I am actively involved in the growth of the Northern Ohio Keller Williams presence... we are opening up an office in Mentor, Ohio; we are opening an office in Medina, Ohio; we are opening an office in Akron, Ohio; and we are looking for top agents who are learning-based and committed to growing their business.
