So exciting, all the growth opportunity in this shifting real estate market... and just when the local brand real estate companies are struggling to stay afloat. Keller Williams is opening now in Mentor; we just were awarded our Mentor/Lake County franchise license last week! The local companies are realizing that they cannot afford to stay in business with their old school neighborhood offices... our regional market center model is the envy of the industry... more cost effective for ownership groups, and more energizing that the local 30 person offices. Our typical offices grow to over 200 agents.

I am pumped!
I went the last two years, and having experienced Family Reunion, I will never miss it! Keller Williams holds its annual convention/motivational event/training event/International Agent Leadership Council meeting in February... last three years were in Vegas, baby! Now we are heading to Atlanta--can hardly wait. Haven't yet started counting down the days, but I will in January... it is such a powerful event.

I was surfing our Keller Williams University website last week (http://kwu.kw.com/) and found a brand new course offering entitled:

So, being the education/training junkee that I am, I ordered the bound course package (I always order the Instructor Package for the nice little extra commentary in the margins) and it just arrived right now... the powerpoint presentation is awesome, and the mindset here is the highest...
