I am always seeking talent, and in this market, there is more good talent available than ever before... In December, an agent with another brokerage referred to me a candidate for my listing coordinator position; am I ever so grateful! Cathy Smith joined The Kevin Cahill Group on January 2nd, and in just two weeks, she has accomplished so much. The myth in our industry is that we real estate agents need to service our clients ourselves... that we need to take listings, enter them into the MLS, take photos, measure rooms, create flyers, place lawn signs, deliver pamphlets, create mailings, hold open houses, … (5 comments)
