Which Way Do You Go " Directional Arrows"

What are your thoughts on the use of directional arrows? What I tend to see is a arrow either pointing at the sky or at the ground. You tend to see 5 arrows on a corner and just maybe 1 is set out perfect. I have found them to be quite helpful if you have a rural property that is hard to find, on the other hand if we have good directions in the mls you can find your location you are looking for. April Snow Showers Bring May Flowers

The old saying April showers bring May flowers does not seem what it use to be. As I write this blog we are expecting 8-12 inches of snow overnight. The good news is that our wonderful area lakes need the water to bring the lake levels back for Summer fun. On another note when it comes to staging your home we tend to concentrate on the interior of our homes, take time this Spring to spruce up your curb appeal, it might be fresh mulch, flowers, shrubs, trimming back bushes and trees. When buyers pull into the driveway, most buyers have already made up there mind to purchase the home based on what they see from the curb. Well gotta run, I need to get some gas for the snowblower.

But what you may not know is about the "Greatest Philanthropy in the World". The Shriners support a network of 22 hospitals throughout North America specializing in orthopedic surgery, burn treatment, and spinal cord injury treatment for children. The most amazing thing about the Shriners Hospitals is that the children and families are not charged anything for the medical services. That's right -- absolutely free.

Any child who the hospital thinks they can help will be admitted without regard to race, religion, creed, etc. And there need not be a Shriner in the child's family -- that is not a criteria for admission.
