I am a part time real estate agent and have been in the business for 5 years. I beleive part time agents can be successful in real estate if they make a plan and stick to it. Of course I mean with your Brokers approvval on a course of action to achieve this goal. I have achieved minium success in the business, but I have no complaints. (ok maybe a few) My success is determined by how well I stick to the game plan for success. I would like to hear from other realtors or brokers on their views on this topic. … (22 comments)
