Trust and Listening issues with Sellers in a tough market. - 04/16/09 04:23 PM
I am finding it very interesting the way many sellers are approaching this difficult market. Some seem not to trust your integrity and knowledge of the market. Having been in this business for over 26 years I always find it fascinating that people who have sold 2-3 houses think they know more about the market than you do. Some of my seller's have turned down offers only to take less money after not taking my professional advice. There is a new client of mine that is listening to me and doing the things that I suggest.
