I recently received an email indicating that Lennar (US Home Corporation) is offering below market financing through UAMC at 4.875% 30 Year Fixed Rate For Life or absolutely no closing costs on select inventory homes in select communities around the twin cities. Now that's some incentive considering the current 30 year fixed rates seem to be around the 6% to 6 1/4% mark plus the full bevy of closing costs.
