That awful feeling when your buyer client calls you late in the evening or you see the post on Facebook the next day.  She is all moved in now and has been living there for the past month.  She is in tears and has called the police and is waiting for them to arrive to walk through the house before she goes in....just to make sure that no one is there waiting for her to come home.
