31 days of December Challenge Day 31
Friday, December 31. Elliptical – yes.
I can see the New Year on the horizon. This is the last day of this great challenge.. I’m a little bit sad. I have used this challenge to push myself to get on the elliptical (almost) everyday. I have used it to push myself to do just one more thing, I have used it to push myself to finally blog on a regular basis. Now I have to get on the elliptical all by myself with no one to tell.

31 days of December challenge, Day 1
Hurray! A challenge: 31 days, 31 ways to improve business, and for me personally, 31 blog posts.
I know of about a million ways to improve my business, but a million is far too daunting to implement. One is not.
One I can do.
One I will do.
One I must do.
I’m in a challenge.
Day one for me is figuring out a game plan, an attack pattern, and a methodical method for implementation.
I’m looking forward to the next 31 days.

This is it: Lighted boat parade.
The Sacramento Yacht club and the Capitol City Yacht club, will have boats all blinged out for the holidays! When it comes to having WAY too much fun these guys take the cake.
So bundle up, come to Old Town Sacramento and plan to have a great time.

The City of Elk Grove’s e-tran department will be offering additional weekend and evening services to help make local shopping more convenient.
Shopper shuttle
This is Great news for those of us shopping locally for the holidays. Elk grove is kicking off a “Think Shop live Elk Grove” holiday Shopping Program. See post here.

Waterman Road Closures
Beginning December 6, work on Grant Line Road for the Waterman realignment Project will start.
Luckily it will only be closed at night from 8:00pm until 5:00am. But of course there will be delays and all the expected we-are-making-progress- upheaval.
It is suppose to improve traffic and safety (YEAH!) We are going to have a traffic Light. (NO, Really!) and they are eliminating that irritating skew in the road so it will be a straight shot.

Just Say NO to active Rain Newbies, Just say no to active rain. It is too late for me, but maybe you should go back while you still can. Example: This is my small child putting desitin all over the dog, while his mother was on active rain. They were only two feet away from me, but I wasn’t aware of anything until I smelled that minty fresh smell. (Apparently desitin works to take you out of an AR coma)

Keep Going. I tell myself this, I tell my friends this, sometimes I forget this and I need them to tell me. Yesterday was one of those days. I love my garden. I need my garden. My garden is a huge part of who I am. It always amazes me that a tiny little seed can turn into a bushel of tomatoes. My garden reassures me that miracles happen everyday and all the time.
