31 days of December Challenge Day 11
Saturday December 11, Elliptical – oops, not today.
Today was so busy! I’ve gotten use to starting the day out on the elliptical, but today it was a choice between: 1. Elliptical 2. Shower 3. Being late. I NEVER choose to be late. And because I did an open house, it was for the sake of the community that I chose to shower.
All day long I thought I’ll squeeze in elliptical, you know catch up later…later never comes. And my energy wasn’t as high today. Now … (2 comments)

Tuesday December 7
Today was great good and productive. Elliptical – check.
We finally closed the one home that just wouldn’t close. (This one was like nailing Jello to a tree) There are about a million ways a deal can run into trouble, and every one guaranteed will have a few issues. As a rule this is fine, it’s my job to navigate through them. But THIS one in particular…If it could go wrong, it pretty much did.
And now it’s closed. Everyone is relieved.

The City of Elk Grove’s e-tran department will be offering additional weekend and evening services to help make local shopping more convenient.

Just Say NO to active Rain Newbies, Just say no to active rain. It is too late for me, but maybe you should go back while you still can. Example: This is my small child putting desitin all over the dog, while his mother was on active rain. They were only two feet away from me, but I wasn’t aware of anything until I smelled that minty fresh smell. (Apparently desitin works to take you out of an AR coma)

It is the 4th of July. I am proud to be an American every day of my life. but on the 4th I remember how men lost their lives for my freedom, How resilient we are as a people, and how we stood up together and said "NO!" when our liberties and freedoms were challenged. I think we still have it in us. Happy day of Independence.

Keep Going. I tell myself this, I tell my friends this, sometimes I forget this and I need them to tell me. Yesterday was one of those days. I love my garden. I need my garden. My garden is a huge part of who I am. It always amazes me that a tiny little seed can turn into a bushel of tomatoes. My garden reassures me that miracles happen everyday and all the time. I LOVE living in the South County.
South County includes: Sheldon, Wilton, Vineyard, Vintage, Slough House, Florin, Elk Grove and unincorporated Sacramento. It is small enough to feel like home and big enough so there is always something going on.
With that said, I wanted to find some activities in Wilton this weekend, so I looked on the internet…nothing. Nothing?! I found lots of things that have already happened, but nothing that was GOING to happen. Then I had to laugh.
Nobody goes to the internet for local information…we go to Sheldon Feed,
