Every now and then I have a staging challenge that I just cannot figure out. Most homes are easy to plan- first I determine the best purpose for the space, next I come up with the design scheme and then I sort out what furniture and accessories work best for the image we are trying to convey. Sometimes however I come upon a space that puzzles me. If I cannot figure it out, how can the buyer?

Last week we had the pleasure of helping a home seller in Downingtown, Chester County Pennsylvania prepare her home for sale. It is a charming home on a large 1 acre lot with gorgeous hardwood floors. I was really impressed with the amount of work my client was willing to do to get the home ready to go on the market. She understood that curb appeal was essential and had tree work and landscaping done to make sure the home looked its best. Home Staging is changing the way Realtors are marketing and selling homes in Chester County, Paoli PA.
Last week our team helped a home owner prepare her home for sale with a staging consultation and the results were immediate. Her home sold in less than 2 days for over asking.
