Assuming nice weather, the ceremony will be held on the beach at The Point. If the weather does not cooperate we will conduct the ceremony in the town board meeting room. Emerald Isle NC - Unattended Beach Equipment
Information obtained from the City of Emerald Isle presentation to Emerald Isle NC Real Estate Professionals on March 16, 2012.
The Town of Emerald Isle NC implemented an ordinance in 2010 that requires unattended beach equipment to be removed daily, or subject to confiscation by Emerald Isle Town personnel. Exception stickers are provided for oceanfront owners from the 3000 block to the west only. This ordinance will continue into 2012. So do not leave any beach equipment unattended on the beach in Emerald Isle NC.
