Information obtained from the City of Emerald Isle presentation to Emerald Isle NC Real Estate Professionals on March 16, 2012. On Emerald Isle NC, there are two public accesses for the beach. There is the Western Ocean Regional Access which is located by The Islander Hotel and there is the Eastern Ocean Regional Access which is located a little further down Emerald Isle NC at 2810 Emerald Drive.
