In this competitive world of Real Estate Agents, the feeling of accomplishment over being the ONE chosen by Mr & Mrs Seller to List their home and proceed to mkt, and eventually sell their personally attached asset, certainly is rewarding! With so many Realtors to choose from in any given area, there is unarguably many choices for the homeowner. I have found in my almost 13 yrs in this biz that the old Golden Rule is the most valuable attribute, I live to. Be honest & treat people as u would want to be treated. If by chance the Seller chooses someone other than yourself to represent them, so be it, move on to the next. Everything happens for a reason, and you may never know, the Agent chosen may not work out and the chance may come your way, down the road. Real Estate is rewarding, and offers many chances to meet new people and build relationships. Of course, a stronger relationship and respect is obtained when the Seller’s goals are reached thru your efforts as a Realtor. Sometimes it “aint” easy, but then again what in life is? that is, worth while in obtaining? Have a great Memorial weekend! www.kgreenrealestate.com www.rosehavenstables.com
