Multi- Tasker - 10/26/11 04:25 PM
Being in the profession of Real Estate, it is certainly a necessity to be a multi-tasker. I often wonder, was I this way prior to getting into this Biz? Whether or not, a person has to have this trait in their genes, to tap into for “realtorship.” I may be biased, but perfecting this human ability, assists u in life, in general. To be able to put things in order of importance, and carrying them out, goes beyond the real estate world and being successful. We live in an amazing world of technology, that is supportive of perfecting such a trait.

Doing the Right Thing - 10/22/11 07:34 AM
Recently in my real estate career, I have come across obstacles, that have forced me to refer to my GUT on the right thing to do. It is very easy in this corrupted world we live in, to take the avenue that will GAIN u the most, personally, But, is it the ethical or correct way? The Great Referral experience - 10/16/11 07:51 AM
Real Estate, is quite the profession and is very rewarding in many different ways. One of them is the feeling of the call or reach out from someone u don’t know, that was referred to u by someone u do know. For someone to offer ur name because of the trust they have in you, your expertise, knowledge, or just plain believing that you will take care of them, is very much a great experience! This happening is comparative to the Domino effect in that every contact u make and build that trust factor within ,can in turn, become ur next

HOT Rental Market - 10/08/11 06:53 AM
In these recent 6 months, the rental mkt in the real estate biz has gone wild! Why? Well, to my opinion, for a number of reasons- the most prominent reason(my opinion) is credit issues. Buyers are unable to obtain a mortgage for some reason or other, so as a Realtor, it is much easier for me to negotiate with a Landlord on a not so perfect credit score, than to convince a bank to loan a mortgage. Other happenings are the quantity of Divorces occuring, driving one or the other to leave the current residence until a resolvement can be obtained.
