Today Facebook released the change from becoming a fan to just liking something.  Do you think that will change the way we as real estate professionals market ourselves on Facebook?  I hope so.  It has gotten to where so many small businesses in my area are obsessed with the quantity of fans they can obtain.  Instead of offering me information, their posts were pleas for fans.  "Free pedicure to 500th fan" or "One hour of service to 200th fan."  I never tried that ploy.

More often than I care to admit, this is my car office.  Sure, I have a great office space and desk over there at CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green.  But as I they say, "There are no houses to sell in the office!" So, in the spring time the picture on your left is my reality!

Today I spent about an hour at one of my listings gathering household items, clothing, and furniture to donate to the Salvation Army.  You see, this property had been a rental for a period of time prior to it being listed for sale.  The tenant vacated suddenly and left personal property behind.
Unfortunately, this situation happens to land-lords all the time.  If you find yourself in that position, what are you supposed to do with all that junk?
First and foremost, you are obligated to give the former tenant proper notice to claim their personal property!
