real estate blogs: Hosting a blog - 12/26/08 12:39 PM

As a web designer for Real Estate Agents, on common question I'm asked when setting up a blog, is should the blog be placed in a sub directory of a domain... i.e. www.yourdomain.com/blog or should my blog have its own domain like www.realestateblog.com?
The answer depends on your particular web and marketing strategy, as there is a good argument for both options.
Option 1: A stand alone blog (one that's hosted seperatly to your domain)
