It's hard to know these days what is the cause for the decrease in traffic to mls listing sites, real estate and homes for sale sites. Generally this is a slower time of the year for people looking to buy real estate but if you factor in the current state of the economy, the pending $700 billion dollar bailout, and plunging home values, you would think the dip or slow down in real estate would be dramatic. Not so according to the traffic reports I'm seeing. While there is a slight dip in the number of people looking for mls search
