With the recent take over of Yahoo search by Bing many changes have been occurring in the Yahoo search engine results pages. If you were someone who was doing better on Yahoo's search results than Bing's, this recent change has probably cost you traffic. If on the other hand, you had been doing better on Bing than Yahoo, you may be seeing a nice bump in your traffic as the Yahoo SERPs are starting to look and function a lot like Bing.

It's hard to know these days what is the cause for the decrease in traffic to mls listing sites, real estate and homes for sale sites. Generally this is a slower time of the year for people looking to buy real estate but if you factor in the current state of the economy, the pending $700 billion dollar bailout, and plunging home values, you would think the dip or slow down in real estate would be dramatic.
