mls listings map: Top 40 Searches on Bing that Include "MLS" and "Map" - 03/08/10 05:59 PM
While there are obviously fewer searches on Bing compared with Google, the pending deal between Microsoft and Yahoo regarding search should make Bing more relevant to search marketers in the near future.  Add to that fact that Microsoft has budgeted roughly $100,000,000 to promote Bing and it's starting to look like we should pay attention.

In two previous posts, “MLS” and “Map” terms used in Search, and “more evidence of home buyer search terms”, I showed lists of search phrases that are being typed into Google with more frequency, using a combination of the terms “mls” and “map”.    Here are the top ten search terms in descending order as recorded on www.mlsmaps.com for the month of August.
For the first time since we began tracking, “mlsmaps.com” as a search phrase in Google made the top ten list suggesting that the brand is growing.  Also mlsmaps.com recently made the first page of Google Search Results for … (0 comments)

mls listings map: More Evidence of Home Buyer Search Trends - 04/13/08 01:24 PM
In a previous post I listed 10 search terms that are being typed into Google with more frequency, using a combination of the terms “mls” and “map”.   Here is an updated list of search terms used in Google since that post. 
In addition to the search terms I already listed, here is a list of additional/new terms that have showed up in our Google analytics providing further evidence of the trend towards map based property search.  Each term below links to the Google search results page.
