With the recent take over of Yahoo search by Bing many changes have been occurring in the Yahoo search engine results pages.  If you were someone who was doing better on Yahoo's search results than Bing's, this recent change has probably cost you traffic.  If on the other hand, you had been doing better on Bing than Yahoo, you may be seeing a nice bump in your traffic as the Yahoo SERPs are starting to look and function a lot like Bing.

My wife is Honduran and I have been traveling to Honduras for the past 25 years.  It is an amazingly beautiful country with a great culture and people.  Unfortunately it is one of the poorest countries in the third world with roughly 70% of Hondurans living in poverty.
I've always wondered why real estate prices in Honduras have never really seen risen like in Coast Rica and I guess the answer comes down to a number of reasons including; foreigners cannot own beach property in Honduras and a concern about how stable the government is. It's hard to know these days what is the cause for the decrease in traffic to mls listing sites, real estate and homes for sale sites.  Generally this is a slower time of the year for people looking to buy real estate but if you factor in the current state of the economy, the pending $700 billion dollar bailout, and plunging home values, you would think the dip or slow down in real estate would be dramatic.  Not so according to the traffic reports I'm seeing.  While there is a slight dip in the number of people looking for mls search … (0 comments)
