We have started putting video on various websites as part of our listing service. It has helped us help our sellers in listing their homes at prices which are aligned with market value.

Here's why you might want to consider adding video to your list of services:

ComCast, as well as several other major cable providers, has increased the number of available channels from 999 to 9,999 in anticipation of the video surge. They fully expect 30% or more of their content to come from the internet!

Century 21 has had several contests for their associates allowing them to create videos and upload them to a Century 21 hosted video site. Some of them are hilarious!

Coldwell Banker recently had the same type of contest. Prudential is singing the praises of video. There is a national trend toward the use of video.

Video is the marketing tool of the future. The problem is that so much of it comes off amateurish and poorly produced. My suggestion is to hire professionals to produce and direct your videos. Employ actors to make your presentations, and keep your videos short and to the point. Sell the sizzle!

Our videos range from a $299 basic presence package, $599 "Home Report" to a full-production, on-site home show with actors, music, special effects and more, for $895. In almost every instance, the seller is willing to pay for the video.
