Knowing Our Neighbors

One of the positive by products of a slowing marketplace is the sense of community felt by myself and my neighbors . Since some of us are staying longer in our homes , rather than moving up to larger homes right now, we are there to welcome the new neighbors who have bought the fixer uppers in the area and are anxious to make friends.
