Did anyone hear how the Patriots did Saturday night? Oh that's right. They won and finished 16 and 0. Enough about them. I'm on to trying to attract people into the new "Short Sale Specialist" group. I am finding the activities involved to be very empowering. I have no idea what the results will be. I am committed to the work and will accept what I get. Most importantly, I will learn from it and get better at whatever it is I am doing in real estate.

Our group is "Short Sale Specialists".So far I am the sole member. Am I in a bad group? When I'm by myself, I'm told-" I'm in bad company. I am going to blog as often as I have the nerve to do so. We had been reading about short sales and foreclosures. We read what we could on the subject and found the process to be tedious and a reasonably good chance of failure. We kind of like those odds. We took a course on short sales and studied some more and began our venture.Cecelia and I present ourselves as persistent, consistent and determined to help our customers get what they want.
