North Port Real Estate My First Ad - 01/15/08 09:45 PM
I met an agent from La.while blogging yesterday. I called him and he was kind enough to call back to help me with my question. He described how he ran ads on his blog site for his listings and he finally sold one. He encouraged me to try one and because I have no pride whatsoever Idid. It's a beautiful house and my inability to arrang the picture inserts sure won't help me sell this house. However I just want to thank John for helping me and encouraging me. I intend to get better at it and I am so glad (2 comments)

Our customers told us they were the first ones to buy on their street and the reason was the lot. This beautiful custom pool has a gorgeous view of the 8th hole at Hheron Creek on the Creek Nine Course. It's upscale all the way. It's a 3/2/3 + Den .The garage is a side entrance one. It shows like a mode! I's been hardly lived in and availability is negotiable. For the manly man there is an 15000 Watt generator in the 3 car garage. I am moving on as they say!. My Short Sale Career has spiked up and now it's a time to learn for me. Considering I'm an expert, that's quite a comeback. I learn something every day. Getting listings is no big deal. After all the paperwork is filled out, I need to price the home to get an offer. Without an offer I have nothing. I have an offer I faxed to the lender. They told me they would evaluate it. They sent a letter to the office that I wasn't aware of until I had one day to respond. I faxed the (5 comments)

We have been doing missionary work in short sales and as a result, we are starting to get listings.We took a course and it was very helpful, at least enough to get us started. We have 3 offers and we have faxed them to the appropriate places and await acceptance or not. The first one came back and had an IRS lien on it we weren't aware of. The customer had insufficient time to get it removed so we could proceed with the transaction. We have been told or paperwork must be resubmitted in it's entirety when complete. We can handle that. Today we were trying to get our e-mail program working. We had an 11;30 APPOINTMENT TO SHOW A SHORT SALE LISTING OF OURS. MY BROKER AND i WERE OUT RIDING AROUND LOoKING FOR BUSINESS AND HE PULLED INTO A DRIVEWAY. HE NEW THE MAN AND THEY STARTED TO SPEAK. I COULD TELL THINGS WEREN'T GOING WELL FOR THE MAN. HE SAID HE WAS LOSING A HOUSE. I got an appointment for the following evening with he and his wife. I ended up getting a listing of a 3rd party approval required listing. It's priced right. We've had 4-5 showings and 2 offers (2 comments)

That's by the beatles. They were a rock group in my younger days. I am thinking of my scorecard. My views are going down,. Istarted at 698 and made 0. Very unimpressive. Our day as a short sale specialist. Our broker called this morning to tell us he had a prospect for us and we should call in the next 10 minutes. We did and Cecelia and I made an appointment to meet the people at their home at 3PM We went and as always were energized and ready to help people. We talked first about things we had in common.
