2011 December Challenge 31, Day 15, Client Mtgs. - 12/18/11 12:26 AM

2011 December Challenge 31, Day 10, Client Meeting - 12/12/11 01:34 PM
It's Saturday and going to keep it a light day as much as possible.  The sun is out with a slight breeze.  I love the weather in Santa Monica!  I'm going to a Solar event held by one of our clients at her home.  Stopped by the office to drop off the Supra key,  Return emails and phone calls.  One of our short sale listings is listed as looking for back up.  That usually means the kiss of death in terms of receiving buyer or agent phone calls.  But...to my surprise an agent called for their all cash buyer!!  yeooow!  We … (0 comments)
