Your lender can extend these timelines based on each homeowner's unique situation. The main points are highlighted in yellow. If you are close to a foreclosure but want to enjoy the holidays. Make sure you check in with your Realtor so they can assist you with interpreting your situation. Then, you and your family can relax and pick it up in the new year! We had several showing on our listing in Santa Monica. There are still quite a few buyers out there actively looking. I wonder what it will be like the week of Christmas and New Years! It's been a strange week due to moving offices. I spend time working with clients, unpacking, getting organized, biz planning for 2012, and holiday parties. Whew! It's good to be busy. I'm going to buy 2 or 2 ipads a the beginning of the year for our team. If anyone is selling their please let me know. We officially did our last open house for the (3 comments)

It's Saturday and going to keep it a light day as much as possible. The sun is out with a slight breeze. I love the weather in Santa Monica! I'm going to a Solar event held by one of our clients at her home. Stopped by the office to drop off the Supra key, Return emails and phone calls. One of our short sale listings is listed as looking for back up. That usually means the kiss of death in terms of receiving buyer or agent phone calls. But...to my surprise an agent called for their all cash buyer!! yeooow! We (0 comments)
