living in santa monica: Santa Monica Open House, "Don't Stop The Party", BEP, Music Mondays - 01/23/12 08:04 PM

It’s Monday!! I thought I would keep the party going from our open house this Sunday in Santa Monica. The weather was gorgeous. We had a steady flow of buyers and agents. Lot’s of people smiling, happy to be out and looking at homes. 90% of the people coming through were serious buyers. We had really good conversations with people and they are really movtivated by the amazingly low interest rates. Pumpkin Patch In Santa Monica just arrived this past weekend. I went yesterday and took some pics.

They have a bouncy castle...

And a petting zoo...baaaaa!!

It's in a kind of weird location....corner of 23rd St and Wilshire. But, it's so simple and cute. That it works!
It's the opposite corner of Whole Foods. Below is the address for The Pumpkin Patch in Santa Monica:
2300 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA
Open Daily 10am-7pm.

living in santa monica: Living in Santa Monica, Coffee & Dessert, Montana Ave - 10/03/11 04:41 PM

Living In Santa Monica on Montana Ave the local spot after dinner is a cute specialty coffee shop. It's Caffe Luxxe and are known for the best latte's. My favorite is a latte with whole milk and then I add cinnamon. I like their latte's since they are smooth and creamy with hardly any acid taste. Also, they just started using Horizon Organic Milk. Yay!

Dessert is next door at Nothing bundt Cakes. My favorite one below is Red Velvet. It has butter cream frosting and lightly sprinkled inside with chocolate chips.
