santa monica north of whilshire: Santa Monica Open House, "Don't Stop The Party", BEP, Music Mondays - 01/23/12 08:04 PM

It’s Monday!! I thought I would keep the party going from our open house this Sunday in Santa Monica. The weather was gorgeous. We had a steady flow of buyers and agents. Lot’s of people smiling, happy to be out and looking at homes. 90% of the people coming through were serious buyers. We had really good conversations with people and they are really movtivated by the amazingly low interest rates. We had the pleasure of calling our Seller today about 2 offers being written from the open house! Ya! We love making those calls!! I’m dedicating this Monday and all … (0 comments)
