How to start looking for a home. - 04/01/09 03:27 PM

Sounds simple right? You just... start looking. Right? Pick up a newspaper, start calling everyone in it. Or check out Realtor.ca, all the listings are on there, why bother with a realtor? Well sure that is one way to do it, but since my high school teacher introduced me to the concept of "work smart, not hard" I can't get it out of my head!
