No focal point - No problem! - 01/27/08 05:41 PM

This home was on the market for several weeks with NO offers...
This family room had absolutely no focal point - no great features...
So I created one...We purchased an electric fireplace and worked around it...
The very next showing lead to an offer ... SOLD
