Keller Williams Reunion SOLD OUT!! - 01/29/10 10:06 AM
As of last night the KELLER WILLIAMS REUNION IN NEW ORLEANS is sold out. In Febuary over  7500    professional agents will go to New Orleans to attend industry's top training event.
This is a great way to network with agents all around the country and tell them about lake Oconee and let them know we are here and can give them referrals if they refer clients to us and vice versa. We are getting a new lake Oconee Academy School at Lake Oconee which I think will help move some homes here at Lake Oconee. Instead of people having to pay for private schools that will help them $400.00 per child.  What do you guys think. Kim

The decade that just ended was the richest one on record for mortage bankers: $25 trillion in orginations, billions in origination fees
- and record profits. Of course,all those "record profits" have reversed themselves, and with the housing market in a depression (in some parts of the country.) the immediate future hardly looks bright.
 Then again,  before  any  industry can bounce back it must first find a floor,which is hopefully what's occurring now. continued high employment will only delay the process.  Low mortage rates should help.

        ** Extends the First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit of up to $8,000 to first-time home buyers until April 30,2010.
        ** Expands the credir to grant up to $6,500 credit to current home owners purchasing a new of existing home between November 7, 2009 and April 30, 2010.

People ask me all the time how do you get so much business. Well, I believe in the motto that if you treat people the way you would want to be treated then it always pays off. I love my line of work and I love spending time with my clients even after the sale. I make friends with them and I stay knowledgable about the market and real estate and then when my clients have some one that they know is buying or selling they always refer to me.

I've been a realtor for over 10 years and top selling realtor for  half that time. In the past three years I have got #!1 Husband and wife team. I did the best move of my career and switched to Keller Williams and today had my first of many closings .... Yeah!!! KELLER WILLIAMS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY !! I JOINED THIS COMPANY THREE MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE ALREADY SEEN SHARING AMONG THE TOP PRODUCERS. WE WANT TO HELP EACH OTHER OUT BECAUSE WE ALL SHARE IN THE PROFITS IN THE COMPANY. THE BROKER DOESN'T KEEP IT ALL TO HIMSELF.
