The fed committed about 18 months ago to purchase 1.25 trillion in Fannie Mae and Fannie Mac Securities,a move aimed at keeping liquidity flowing so that rates would stay low and Fannie and Freddie would continue buying conforming loans. However , the Fed's commitment ends March 31- and while the full impact will not be for several months,it's almost certain to cause certain to cause rates to rise.

The arrival of spring will coincide with many fish species getting ready to spawn in area lakes including Lake Sinclair. The weather has been cold in Gerogia so the spring spawning season will be alittle late this year. It has been cold in Georgia but now with the warming trend it might get things back on track.

Daffodils blooming, daylilies coming through the ground, pinestraw being layed throughout the Lake area, boats on the water, tennis players on the courts,people riding in their convertibles with their tops down, people walking in short sleeves, trees begining to bloom.

We have The Landing At Reynolds, The Plantation Course, Great Waters, The National, The Oconee and The Creek Club. The Landing At Reynolds was the first course built on Lake Oconee. I haven't been a big fan of virural tours because when selling lake property,the lots are worth alot more than the house. I thought if I could get them to the lake then I had a better chance to show them the lake and sell them something. The problem is I need to get them to the property!
