Four homes went pending with Tax credit before deadline April 30th!! Last week was crazy here at Lake Oconee. Not only did buyers get tax credit but they also bought foreclosed properties!!! Great Buy!!! Congrats to all that bought!!! Now lets just keep our fingers crossed they all close.
