Lake Oconee has a great tennis program
Two years ago I got into tennis, well now it is fair to say I have the bug! I have been playing for LOTA for two years and playing in the many other tennis groups in the Lake Area. They have a women's and men's  USTA league. They also put on Tournaments and casual group play days. They have different level,s from the beginner to 5.0 and bette. Carrie  Underwood and her fiance expects to wed this weekend at Ritz Carlton this weekend. Rumors say Keller Pickler and Twilia are going to attend as well. Hopefully this will drive more business to Lake Oconee and how beautiful it is. Zak Bown is from here and B 52's from Athens. This week we have put 3 homes under contract on foreclosures. Two were in golf communities in Reynolds Landing and one in the first time home buyers market. Prices range from $600,000 to $1.3 million . These homes are being bought at over $500,000 below asking price. These are great buys for the customers looking for a great buy and with intrest rates so low that even makes it a better investment.
