 If you are on social media all the time, like facebook, activerain, twitter and linkin... How can you possibly be selling!!!
 These social medias are great but a good sales person learns to  spread their time and does other things to grow their business. If I see an agent on these things all the time I probably do not want to list my house with them becuause I am thinking they are 
1.)Not busy enough to anything but blog or tweet.

If any realtor out there is slow you might want to look at your business and see what you are doing wrong. I showed LAKE LOTS this weekend and MILLION DOLLAR LAKE HOMES, I also LISTED TWO LAKE HOMES AT LAKE OCONEE.  Real Estate has been good to me, however, it takes endless hours and lots of hard work. It also takes TREATING PEOPLE RIGHT!

  Extreme Makeover is coming to the Lake Oconee area to give someone  a new  home.  Pilot Home builders were selected to do the building for the new family in the area. July 10 the winner will be announced and Ty Pennington will show up on the front door..  Then voleunteers will be asked to assist in this Big Event! Lin and I have already signed up to help some lucky family. We pray it will be the Ruckers!!!  When Eric Dodd was one year old when he moved to Greensboro from Atlanta, GA in 1986. His father (Rick) opened the golf portion of Port Armor which is now known as Reynolds Landing.
