I work a lot with first time home buyers. When people first decide that buying a home is a much more reasonable use of their hard earned money they hit the pavement fast. My call to duty goes like this, "Kim, I've found a house I want to see!" Understandably, this is the funnest part of buying a home. Where will the kitchen table go? How close is the hospital?
