I would like to introduce myself.  I am a Townhome in Fremont, CA that is one of a kind.  A Regular Sale!  I am centrally located in a high demand school district, two story, 3-4 bedroom bright and spacious with a extremely clean and finished 2 car garage!  I have a high walk score to shopping, restaurants, public transit and schools.  My floor was recently upgraded and I have "sheek" paint colors.  I enjoy it when my owners sit out on the front patio and enjoy coffee in the mornings.  My master bedroom is quite large and so I am looking for an owner with lots of clothes, a desk, large flat screen TV king size bed.. perhaps.  Please come by and visit or make a call to my Realtor to set up an appointment.  I would really like to meet my new owner.
