<p>Exactly what does that mean? </p><p>From the dictionary: 1<strong>:</strong> of or relating to <a href="http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ethics">ethics</a> <<em>ethical</em> theories>2<strong>:</strong> involving or expressing moral approval or disapproval <<em>ethical</em> judgments>3<strong>:</strong> conforming to accepted standards of conduct <<em>ethical</em> behavior></p><p>As real estate agents, we know & understand we are to be ethical. But, are all agents ethical? There is really no way to tell until you get to know someone. I can say for myself it is very important to be fair and just with everyone, not just clients and customers, but my family, friends, other agents, business associates, etc.</p><p>Things happen that can make you question someone's intentions. People you think are honest disappoint you. Just be careful with your choice as a real estate agent. Always ask questions. Ask for referral from people you know. Buying & Selling should be about you, not the agent. You should not have to feel pressured or ignored during the real estate process.<br /><br />Buyers and Sellers need to be ethical also. You should not play real estate agents against one another. If you are working with an agent and they are doing their job---in most cases, the agent can show you all the homes you are wanting to see. If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, then let them know and move on.</p><p>We would all be alot better off if everyone would be ETHICAL!
