Why did I choose to be a Realtor ?  Several Reasons.....

•  First of all, I needed a profession with flexability.  I was blessed with a Special Needs child who has been a great challagne as well as a great joy to have in my life.  The flexable hours has been great when I need to work in Doctor Appts, Therapy, Etc. 
• I love working with people, and I was lucky enough to be given the gift of gab.  I talk to alot of people, whether I am in line at the grocery store or at a Dr's office,  I will talk to someone.  My daughter will always ask.. Do you know that person?  I always reply.. I do now.
• I love to decorate and remodeling.  I always have great ideas.  My poor husband who always helps has to help execute them.
• I love to walk through houses and give remodel ideas to the prospective buyers.
• I have proven to be successful as I was top Rookie in my first year and received a Top Ten Sales Adward.
• I nned to remind myself of all these things as I am faced with this difficult market time.
