friends: Social Media Friends - 08/10/08 12:27 PM
Internet Friends become "REAL" friends. Whether or not you get to meet in person! I wrote about Warning: Social Networking and a friend of mine, Lani,  from Twitter that was rushed to the hospital a while back. I think I was permanently logged into Twitter to hear about an update from her, I was so worried (she's fine). I got to meet Lani at Inman in SFO earlier this month - and she was just like I thought she was! A Hoot of fun!  (She even let some of us crash the www.AgentGenius.com after party :)

Warning: Friendships will be formed, whether you are looking for them or not!
My time on Active Rain has been filled with social networking as well as the educational benefit I've been able to gain from (and hopefully pass on).
I didn't really need another social networking outlet. There is only so much time in the day, and that wasn't a priority for me.
However, I did join Twitter about a month ago. Immediately I looked for friendly faces that I knew from ActiveRain, and linked up (haha-haven't spent time there - yet)  with many.

friends: Don't Do It! - 12/22/07 01:30 PM
Take this Advice.... Don't Burn Bridges....... Don't forsake a friendship for your Real Estate Business (or Mortgage, or Title, or Inspection, or anything!)........... It's not worth it..............
Lisa Roe (name changed) , and I were meant to be together.  We were very good friends when I lived in Lakeland, Florida. We were both single mothers, and although she was older than I was, we were close.
She got married to a possessive, Bword, and we lost touch over about 10 years.
In 2000 I was excited to be pregnant, and our favorite girl's name was Lisa. (Really its a beautiful German name:)  Yes, named after her.

friends: Too Emotional? - 07/10/07 09:24 PM

Whether it be the Seller that really needs to sell, or the Buyer who is looking for their castle that they can't afford; it can be burdensome when you put your clients feelings into your life.  But, wait, isn't that a good thing?  The testimonials that I've received  from clients talk about how they like that I care … (11 comments)
