showings: Adventures in Home Showings II - 05/01/08 09:21 AM
It's time for another chapter of Adventures in Home Showings. My first post, Adventures in Home Showings was my beginning of looking at houses in and around the Chester County, Pennsylvania area. These were from a little while ago, my client had the pictures in her camera :) Both incidents happened the SAME DAY with the same clients. It's a little hard to make out, but this stone is in the bed between the house and garage. BRANDY AKA Spunky Doodles Feb 9 1990 Mar 12 2005 Bless her! They spray painted in Black the entire ceiling of unfinished basement - sprayed wires, duct work, electric junction

"Friendly dog inside. One year old Lab." Yeah, right! I know he's a part of the family... but.... Here I have Mr & Mrs New Buyer with Mrs Buyer's father and uncle along watching............. "No problem. It's just a lab, I'm sure he's fine. I'll go around back and let you in the front door" "He was in the back yard, now he's inside. But, ok. Kim. If we hear you scream, we'll call for help" It's just
