I've noticed that the public belief is that foreclosures are a great way to get a good deal on a home. My personal experience as a Realtor is that this is not always true actually the opposite. Many of these homes have been neglected and usually must be purchased "AS-IS". No protection for the buyer. If you have had an experience with a foreclosure we would like to hear about it.
