rental properties: REALTOR FACTS....Are these true for you? - 04/29/08 12:25 PM

39% of REALTORS own at least one residential property other than their primary residence. 13% own three or more 17% of REALTORS own at least one vacation home. 11% of REALTORS own at least one commercial property.I read these brief "facts" this morning, and am just wondering if they hold true to our Active Rain community. I'm working to get into the 17% for the vacation homes! For those that own other residential properties other than primary residence, do you manage your own rentals, or do you have a company do that for you?
